1. Countries / Regions We Ship To
North America: United States, Canada
Asia: Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea
Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
Europe: Italy, Netherlands, United Kingdom
Available shipping destinations may change without prior notice depending on carrier availability, customs regulations, and local import requirements.
2. Handling Time
Typically 3–5 business days
- Handling times may be extended during Japanese public holidays.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
3. Shipping Method
Japan Post (EMS / International Air Packet), FedEx, or DHL
- The shipping carrier is selected based on the destination, package size, weight, and available shipping services.
- Tracking information is provided for every shipment.
- Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or local carrier operations.
- One tracking number is generally issued per order.
- Orders placed separately may not be combined after checkout.
- To combine multiple items into one shipment, please add them to the same shopping cart and complete checkout together.
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, package size, and total weight.
- Shipping fees cannot be changed or manually adjusted after an order has been placed.
Estimated Shipping Costs to the United States
The following prices are approximate shipping costs to the United States and are provided as a general guide only. Actual shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the contents of your order.
Manga
- 1 manga volume: Approximately USD 35
- 4 manga volumes: Approximately USD 56
Shipping costs for manga may vary depending on the size and weight of each volume. Please use these prices as a general estimate only.
Pokémon Card Bulk Sets
- 100-card set: Approximately USD 25
- 500-card set: Approximately USD 56
- 1,000-card set: Approximately USD 110
5. Duties & Taxes
For Customers in the United States
Orders shipped to the United States are sent using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Applicable duties and import taxes are prepaid, and normally no additional duties or import taxes will be charged upon delivery.
For Customers Outside the United States
Import duties, taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, and other import-related charges may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country or region. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
If payment of customs duties or other import charges is refused, or if the shipment is returned for any other reason, return shipping fees, customs charges, and carrier fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Returned Shipments
A shipment may be returned to us for reasons including:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Failure to collect the package within the carrier's holding period
- Refusal of delivery
- Refusal to pay applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees
If a shipment is returned, the following conditions apply:
- We will contact you after the returned package has been received.
- If you request reshipment, you will be responsible for the new shipping cost.
- If you request a refund, the original shipping cost and any return-related fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Any additional fees charged by the shipping carrier or customs authorities are the customer's responsibility.
