Shipping Policy

1. Countries / Regions We Ship To

North America: United States, Canada

Asia: Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

Europe: Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, United Kingdom

2. Handling Time

Typically 3–5 business days (up to 10 business days for some items)

  • Handling times may be extended during holiday periods.
  • Some items (e.g., made-to-order or backordered items) may require up to 10 business days before shipment.

3. Shipping Method

USPS / UPS / FedEx / DHL / Japan Post

  • Actual delivery times may vary due to destination customs or local conditions.
  • One transaction number is issued per order.
  • Orders with separate transaction numbers are shipped individually, and each shipment incurs its own shipping fee.
  • To combine items into one shipment, please place items in the same shopping cart and complete checkout together.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and total weight.
  • Shipping fees may vary depending on the items in your order and the packaging size.

Estimated Bulk Shipping to USA (US Stock items only)
This rate applies only to products with “US Stock” stated in the product title (ships from our U.S. warehouse).

  • 100 cards (approx. 200g): $13
  • 300 cards (approx. 600g): $15
  • 500 cards (approx. 1000g): $20
  • 1,000 cards (approx. 2000g): $20

※Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout. The table above is an estimate and may vary slightly depending on packaging and the contents of your order.

5. Additional Charges (Customs, Taxes)

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be applied by the destination country at the time of clearance. All such charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid according to local regulations.

For all countries, any applicable duties and taxes must be paid to the delivery carrier upon receipt of the package. If payment is refused, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, any return fees incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Returned Shipments

Shipments may be returned due to customs issues, refusal of delivery, or incorrect address. In such cases:

  1. We will notify you that the package has been returned.
  2. Reshipment: Original shipping plus reshipping fees are payable by the customer.
  3. Refund: If you opt for a refund, original shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the amount reimbursed.
  4. Any carrier fees incurred during the return process are the customer’s responsibility.
