Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kitoris.jp. We will provide you with the return address and instructions for the refund process.

Please note that return shipping costs for reasons of customer convenience will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
