Before You Order

• US Stock orders within the United States are fast and have no additional fees.
• JP Stock orders are shipped from Japan and are available for international shipping.
• Tracking is included with all shipments.

Shipping Locations

Our products are shipped from two possible locations:

• US Stock: Ships from our warehouse in the United States
• JP Stock: Ships from Japan

Each product clearly indicates “US Stock” or “JP Stock” in the product title.
If no stock location is specified, the item will be shipped from Japan.

Shipping Cost

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your order.

Please note that shipping fees are not manually adjusted after purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time

US Stock – Within the United States

• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

JP Stock – Shipped from Japan

Delivery time depends on the shipping method:

• EMS: 7–14 business days
• ePacket Light: 14–21 business days

The shipping method will be selected based on the order details and destination.

Duties & Taxes

For Customers in the United States

• US Stock: No additional fees
• JP Stock: Duties and import taxes are prepaid at checkout (DDP)

For JP Stock orders shipped to the United States, there will be no additional duties or import fees charged upon delivery.

For Customers Outside the United States

• Duties and import taxes may be charged upon delivery (DDU).
• Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Time

• Standard processing time: 3–5 business days
• Maximum processing time: 10 business days

Processing may take longer during weekends, holidays, or busy periods.

Important Notes

• We cannot change the shipping address after an order has been placed.
• Delivery may be delayed due to customs procedures, holidays, or local shipping conditions.
• The shipping carrier may vary depending on the destination and current shipping availability.
